The purpose of this survey is to gather information on the following: perceptions of traffic signals; why they should be installed; if there are too many; if signals can be removed; several types of intersection designs. All information from this survey will be summarized to determine overall trends and patterns with respect to the perceptions of traffic signals and intersections. A place is provided at the end of the survey to provide comments and additional information that you think is important for the researchers to know.
This survey is being conducted by Michael H. Schrader as part of his ongoing research into traffic signalization policy, and is not officially sponsored by any other person or organization. The researcher is not receiving any specific compensation for this survey. All surveys will remain confidential unless specifically stated otherwise by the respondent.
